According to a study conducted by Practo, 65% of Indians at a median age of 29 years are using online and offline channels to connect with their respective doctors. While Japanese, at a median age of 47 years, consult their doctors 13 times, people of the US, at a median age of 37 years, consult doctors around 4 times. With patients giving more importance to the feedback given by other patients on doctors and hospitals, the search for the same on various online and offline channels has seen a steep growth in recent times.
In the current study, we tried to analyze the data containing the review and ratings of the doctors and hospitals to recommend them to the patients who are searching for details in a particular location.
